Martial Arts and Fitness CenterA ten-week program in the traditional art of Taekwondo Karate, fulfilling the requirements of physical education. This program will help the student gain a sense of individual accomplishment while improving equilibrium, fitness level, self confidence, self discipline, as well as learning simple self-defense tactics. We have classes in the fall, winter, and spring. Each class runs once a week.
